TeachMe: Kindergarten App Reviews

This is a great way to introduce reading and basic skills like addition and subtraction, weve had it only a couple of days but my 5 year old really enjoys playing this. I do believe the collect coins for stickers feature does keep her more engaged for longer than she normally would be.

I love this app!!! My six year old is kind of struggling in gr.1, with math and reading. Ive tried everything and she has not been very co-operative, doesnt seem interested in it. She didnt even want to do this at first but now she loves it and its helping her understand simple addition and subtraction. Thank-you so much for this app. Can you make a grade 1,2,3 app as well?

My 4 1/2 yr old is just starting to learn some math so this is perfect. So far shes got almost all the words right. Enough variety to keep going too. Thanks

My kids love this. I love this. Its a great educational tool. The kids have so much fun and are learnings lots from it.

Fun learning, with customizable levels and reward structures. This is the app that will help my son to learn the most, and he likes it the best. Buying the stickers with your earned coins is also a good way to show the value of a $.

My kids (4yo girl and 6yo boy who is not so keen on reading) love the sticker scenes they can create. It is quite motivating for them. I appreciate that you can sign up four different players. I like that you can change the settings for difficulty of math quiz, but wish there were even more difficult levels beyond 1-10, and than you would add more words, and quiz on letters in a word other than at the beginning of a word (like the app Word Magic). I also like that you have added sight words into the mix. I would be very interested in an app geared for primary-school age kids (gr 1-4).

TeachMe: Kindergarten is a wonderful educational app for 4-6 year olds. Everything is intuitive and actually helps children understand what they are learning. The reward system and stickers really help to build confidence and encourage children to keep playing. My 4 year old now has a good grasp on arithmetic and has been able to apply and build on his phonics knowledge with this app. I cant say enough good things about TeachMe: Kindergarten. Thank you!

I have added a lot of apps to help my pre-k child learn her stuff before kindergarten and this is the ONLY one that keeps her attention and that she has fun with the whole time!!! The only thing I would change is when you click the numbers/words/letters it makes a click sound, if they would vocalize what the letter, number or word was that would make it even better in my opinion. However, like I said there is no other app that makes my child as excited about learning as this one does... lots of positive reinforcement and rewards!! This is a must have app!!

I have owned my touch for years now and have never written a review on any app. This one is so well done that I had to review. I have it set up for different kids with ranging learning styles and they love it. The immediate feedback is awesome and enjoyable for them to learn. Can you develop an app for grades 1,2 ,3 etc?? I would definately buy it. Well worth the money!!!

I love this program. My kids ask to play it all the time. I can track Their progress and it jumps from subject to subject so they dont become bored. Its an excellent supplement to their education.

Teaches sight words, phonics and Math! Very fun reward system.

I have never seen such an amazing app for kids. I love the reward coins they receive and the way they can buy things. It teaches them not only phonics, adding, subtracting and sight words but that the things they buy are not free, you have to work for it. THIS APP IS NOT TO BE MISSED!!!

I use in my multi-level classroom, especially for my students with behavioral issues. The touchscreen is great for students who are still developing their fine motor skills, and who have trouble with hand-eye co-ordination on a computer.

i bought this app based only on its ranking position in the Best Paid apps. I thought that it sounds somewhat boring and not very inventive, but I was surprised by the results: my kids (6y.o. and 4y.o.) actually like this app and use it a lot. I dont know why exactly this happens :-) maybe they like collecting coins and then buying fishes for the virtual fish tank, or that they can always ask the Mouse Teacher to help them with the answer... They can play a game for a few minutes, then they can play this app for half an hour. Recommended!

My daughter, (4 years old), uses this app all the time, and absolutely loves it! Its the best learning app weve bought so far.

App is stuck on the parental settings. Ive purchased the grade one app it works great. I hope this app gets the bugs worked out. Im sure It will be as good as the first grade app

This is a great app, my 5 year old loves doing math and spelling. She looks forward to spending her reward coins on stickers and fish.
